Order processing

Orders are handled within 0–1 business days. Our order cutoff is noon New Zealand time, with dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed from the next business day.

Allow 1–4 business days in transit after dispatch, including rural delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; public holidays may affect timing.

Service providers:

We use a mix of Post Haste and New Zealand Post within New Zealand. For international shipping we use New Zealand Post, DHL and FEDEX. 

Delivery Address:

You must supply a physical address, not a PO BOX number. Please give additional information at check out about where you would like the package to be delivered, to ensure the package is left in a secure place. For instance - if your letterbox is not secure, please suggest a drop off location that is more secure. It is the purchasers responsibility to do so, we are not responsible for any theft of your package once it is delivered to the correct address.
